What is Qi Men Dun Jia?
Qi Men Dun Jia, along with Tai Yi Shen Shu and Liu Ren, forms the "Three Styles" of ancient Chinese divination, known as the "Art of Emperors." Legend says the goddess Jiutian Xuannu bestowed this art upon the Yellow Emperor during his legendary battle against Chiyou at Zhuolu, leading to his victory. Later, strategists like Jiang Ziya, Zhang Liang, and Zhuge Liang applied it to military tactics. "Qi" refers to the Three Wonders (Yi, Bing, Ding stems), "Men" to the Eight Gates (Rest, Life, Injury, Block, View, Death, Fright, Open), and "Dun Jia" to the concealing of the Six Jia.
