How AI-assisted features are billed
- New accounts receive 10 credits at signup.
- Free accounts receive a monthly top-up of 3 credits, up to a maximum free balance of 10 credits.
- Invite one new user and receive 10 credits.
- Without an active membership, each AI-assisted interpretation uses 1 credit.
- During an active membership, AI-assisted interpretations use the monthly membership quota first; credits can be used after the quota is reached.
Payment and cancellation
- Membership and credit checkout are now available. Account entitlements are applied automatically after payment.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and are added to your account balance after payment.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; SixYao does not store card numbers, wallet private keys, or full payment details.
